• Principal Private Secretary - 1 Post - PB3 GP 6600 - any UG with 2 years service in PB2 GP 5400 or 8 years service in GP 4800

• Executive Assistant - 1 Post - PB2 GP 4200 - any UG with 6 years service in PB1 GP 2400 or 10 years service in GP 2400

• Personal Assistant - 1 Post - PB2 GP 4200 - any UG with 6 years service in PB1 GP 2400 or 10 years service in GP 2400 - any UG and Junior Grade English Typewriting and Shorthand and Diploma or Certificate in Office Management and Secretaryship - Three years in Govt Service
